At ROYO Kids, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of the 1-Year Limited Warranty that comes with your purchase of a Smart Bear Pen or Dimdu Pen.


Warranty Coverage

Your Smart Bear Pen or Dimdu Pen is protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions under normal usage

If your device experiences issues due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage or misuse – including drops, impacts, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications – any servicing not performed by our authorized centers.
  • Water damage – exposure to liquids beyond the device’s designed tolerance.
  • Normal wear and tear – such as surface scratches or cosmetic fading.
  • Loss or theft – we do not replace lost or stolen devices.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies exclusively to the Smart Bear Pen and Dimdu Pen. ROYO Kids is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
