At Royo Kids, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Your Rights as a Customer

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase from us:

  • Has a fault or defect
  • Doesn’t match the description or images
  • Isn’t suitable for its intended purpose
  • Doesn’t meet reasonable expectations of quality and performance

These rights apply regardless of any additional warranties we may offer. 


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@royokids.com.auas soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation.

There are no restocking fees or deductions for delivery costs when returning faulty items.


What’s Not Covered

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You change your mind after the 30-day return window
  • The item was damaged due to misuse or abnormal use
  • You were aware of the issue before purchasing

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at info@royokids.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
