How long does shipping take?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location.

For customers in VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 3 - 8 working days;
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
